Job Description:
An IFM F&B Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing food and beverage operations at a client site. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in hotel management, as well as at least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing cafeteria operations, including menu planning, ordering, and inventory management
- Managing pantry operations, including ensuring the availability of coffee and tea
- Conducting training and evaluation sessions for cafeteria vendors' staff
- Implementing and monitoring all F&B-related documentation
- Managing vendors, including conducting periodic review meetings and coordinating ongoing requirements
- Managing client visits and events
- Planning and coordinating for night/weekend food requirements
- Standardizing F&B operations
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience in managing a team of employees
