#HR Generalist / Sr HR Executive#

Experience - 2–5 years of experience in an HR generalist role

Location - Thrissur , (Infopark Koratty) Kerala

Job Type - Full Time , Permanent

Candidates from Kerala is preferred.

Prior Experience in IT Industry is mandatory.

Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

2–5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.

Prior experience in the IT/ITeS industry is highly preferred.

Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools; knowledge of Canva or social media tools is a plus.

Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and high emotional intelligence.
